ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will my order take to arrive?
All items are produced to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, after which your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by product and by destination. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to local customs clearance, which can add additional time. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I choose an express shipping option?
Express delivery (2–3 business days including production) is available for eligible products shipping within some countries including the United States, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. For all other destinations, standard shipping applies. Shipping options and estimated costs are displayed at checkout.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us if you have not received a tracking notification within 7 business days of placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each return or refund request is considered individually. Please contact us by email and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

My order arrived damaged or was lost in transit. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us by email within 14 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and a photograph of the damage where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us by email as soon as possible.  

SPECIFICATIONS & SIZES
Do you offer custom sizes or formats?
Yes. Custom sizes are available across all collections. Pricing is calculated individually based on size, materials and design. Please contact us with your requirements.

Can artwork be printed on different surfaces or materials?
Select works are available on a range of surfaces including fine art paper, canvas, fabric, wood and metal. If you have specific materials in mind, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

I am a creative professional. Can you produce work according to my brief?
Absolutely. We work with designers, decorators, agents, creative directors, contractors and architects on commissions, collaborations and projects. Custom designs, colors and sizes are available across all collections and can be tailored to specific spaces and specifications. Please contact us with your brief or idea.

Can I commission an original artwork?
Yes. Commissions are possible. Each commission is scoped and priced individually depending on concept, medium and scale. Please contact us for a complimentary design consultation. 

COLLABORATIONS & PROJECTS
Are you open to brand collaborations?
Yes. We love to collaborate with creatives, brands and retailers whose values align with ours. Please contact us with your proposal.

Do you work with press and editorial?
Yes. We welcome press and editorial enquiries. High-resolution images and press kits are available. Please contact us with your request.

Are wholesale or trade accounts available?
Yes. We are open to wholesale and trade discussions with retailers and boutiques. Please contact us with your details.
