All artwork, images, illustrations, designs, graphics, visual content, photographs, and text displayed on or made available through the Service (collectively, the “Artwork”) are the exclusive intellectual property of the artist and the Company, protected by copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that You do not acquire any ownership, copyright, or proprietary rights in or to any Artwork by accessing the Website or using the Service.
Strictly Prohibited Uses (Personal and Commercial)
Whether for commercial gain, non-commercial purposes, or personal use, You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities without prior, express written consent from the Company:
- Copying and Reproduction: Copying, downloading, capturing, saving, reproducing, duplicating, printing, or distributing any Artwork or portion thereof.
- Reposting and Display: Reposting, re-uploading, embedding, framing, or displaying the Artwork on any social media account, website, blog, forum, portfolio, or digital platform.
- Modification, Remixing, and Tracing: Modifying, adapting, altering, cropping, color-correcting, editing, remixing, tracing (whether digitally, mechanically, or manually), creating derivative works from, or combining the Artwork with any other image or media.
- Commercialization and Merchandise: Printing, manufacturing, licensing, marketing, or selling merchandise, tangible physical goods, apparel, prints, home decor, digital assets, or promotional materials incorporating the Artwork.
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Uploading, submitting, indexing, feeding, processing, or ingesting the Artwork into any artificial intelligence (AI) platform, generative AI tool, machine learning algorithm, deep learning architecture, neural network, or dataset for any purpose, including training, fine-tuning, style transfer, pattern recognition, reference modeling, or generative image creation.
- Blockchain and NFTs: Minting, tokenizing, listing, offering, or selling the Artwork as, or in connection with, any non-fungible token (NFT), cryptocurrency, smart contract, or digital ledger-based asset.
- Automated Scraping and Data Mining: Using any automated system, web scraper, bot, spider, crawler, data mining software, screen scraper, extraction script, or manual process to systematically harvest, extract, or monitor Artwork, metadata, or content from the Service.
Reservation of Rights and EU TDM Exception Opt-Out
The Company expressly reserves all rights not explicitly granted herein. Pursuant to Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and any applicable local laws, the Company expressly reserves all rights regarding text and data mining, automated analysis, and AI training with respect to all Artwork and content on this Service. Any unauthorized use of the Artwork constitutes an infringement of copyright, a breach of these Terms, and a violation of applicable statutory and common laws, entitling the Company to seek statutory damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
