All content on this website — including but not limited to artwork, images, illustrations, designs, text, logos and collection names — is the exclusive intellectual property of Rebecca Silver and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to browse this website for private purposes only. Nothing on this website grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, transmit or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The purchase of any product does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork or design. All rights remain the exclusive property of Rebecca Silver. Products are sold for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applied by the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), which apply English common law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting us at hello@rebecca-silver.com. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Any claim arising from your use of this website or the purchase of products must be brought within ninety (90) days of the date on which the claim arose, or be permanently barred, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through www.rebecca-silver.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1.  Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
2.  Pricing
All prices are displayed in Arab Emirates Dirhams and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
3.  Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.
4.  Production & Fulfilment
All products are produced to order. Production times are estimated at 2–7 business days prior to dispatch. These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
5.  Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country.
6.  Limited Editions
Limited edition products are produced in defined runs and are sold while stock or edition numbers remain. Edition numbers are confirmed on the product and, where applicable, on the certificate of authenticity or label.
7.  Intellectual Property
The purchase of any product does not transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork or design. All rights remain the exclusive property of Rebecca Silver. Products are sold for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8.  Custom Orders
Custom orders are accepted at the studio’s discretion and are quoted individually. A deposit may be required before work commences. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun unless the item is faulty or incorrectly produced.
9.  Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

4.  Third-Party Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled via Printify, our print-on-demand partner. Your name, delivery address and order details are shared with Printify solely for the purpose of producing and dispatching your order. Printify’s own privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
5.  Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Order records are retained for a minimum of five years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
6.  Your Rights

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

Production Times
All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. This is in addition to delivery time.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of world: 10–30 business days
These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, postal delays and other circumstances outside our control.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will not be reimbursed by us.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking notification within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Wall Art Prints
Large format art prints are shipped rolled in a protective archival tube. Framing is not included in the purchase price but can be arranged upon request. If you require specific delivery arrangements for oversized or framed works, please contact us prior to ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Made to Order
As all products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@rebecca-silver.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, in the case of damage, a photograph of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. 
Custom Orders
Custom and commission orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, unless the item is faulty or materially different from what was agreed. Any concerns regarding a custom order should be raised with us before production begins.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it should be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days depending on your banking system.
